Privacy Policy

Effective: 30 May 2026 · Last updated: 30 May 2026

VoidNet Systems LLC ("VoidNet," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through voidnetsystems.com, why, and the choices you have. It covers our public website only; services delivered under a signed engagement are governed by that agreement and any data-processing terms in it.

1. Who we are

VoidNet Systems LLC is a Texas limited liability company. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected]. VoidNet decides how and why this information is used; under the GDPR, that makes us the data "controller" where that law applies.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us and a minimal amount of technical data needed to run the site securely.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics on this site. We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (e.g., health, biometric), and we ask that you not include sensitive credentials, secrets, or regulated data in free-text fields. If you do include such information, we will handle it under this policy and delete it when it is no longer needed.

3. How we use it

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that process it for us under their applicable terms and a data-processing agreement where one applies, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. Any successor will remain bound by this policy or provide notice of changes.

The categories of personal information we disclose to service providers for these business purposes are your contact/inquiry data, waitlist data, and technical/security data. We have not sold or shared (as the CCPA/CPRA define those terms) any personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we do not do so.

5. Where it's processed

We and our providers are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the U.S. This Site is intended for businesses in the United States and Canada and is not directed to individuals in the EEA or UK. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where the GDPR nonetheless applies and we transfer EEA/UK personal data to the U.S., we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, available on request.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form and waitlist data only as long as needed for the purposes above:

You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).

7. How we protect it

Pages of the Site are served over HTTPS, and we limit access to submissions to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — please don't send sensitive credentials, secrets, or regulated data through the contact form. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by applicable law.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of where you live, to the extent the law allows.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we'll respond within the time the applicable law requires.

9. Children

This site is for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or, where the GDPR applies, under 16). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
